Garden Inspired Salad

Take a walk and spruce up a salad. You may find some delicious wild edibles in your garden – try dandelion greens and flowers, violets, nasturtiums and clovers. Add fresh herbs, lemon juice and olive oil for a delicious powerhouse meal.  Make sure plants have not been sprayed.
